MOVIE REVIEW: G.I Joe - Retaliation

G.I Joe Retaliation . . . A must see this year!
Last week Thursday our girl @Jackey_101 had the opportunity to the screening of G.I Joe thanks to our newest homie, Deon Governder (yes, that's right we used the word homie #DontJudge #90'sKids) from our beloved ECR.

So some of our lady readers may be thinking G.I Joe really, isnt that a bit of a guy movie?  You would be forgiven for thinking that had you not checked out the actors(by actors we mean guy candy *mmm*in love) in the movie.

G.I Joe is full of eye candy for the ladies! All I need to say is Channing Tatum, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and even Bruce Willis (he may be little old but there's no denying he is still absouluty gorgeous!). We sure after hearing those names no one is going to be arguing with the bf's when they want to see this movie instead of a RomCom on date night, are we right??? Of course we are, we always right after all!!!!!

So back to the movie review .... (this is the hard part cause we not that good at keeping secrets and we can't exactly tell you what's going to happen in the movie, cause then what's the point of you watching it *sigh* so here's a brief review that we found online) :

"Sent on a mission to Pakistan, the G.I. Joes -- led by Duke (Channing Tatum) -- find that they've been set up. After a brutal surprise attack, only Roadblock (Dwayne Johnson), Jaye (Adrianne Palicki), and Flint (D.J. Cotrona) survive. Looking to avenge their fallen comrades, the trio discovers that the evil plot goes all the way up to the president of the United States (Jonathan Pryce). It turns out that the remaining members of the evil organization Cobra are controlling the White House in an effort to take over the world with a terrifying new weapon. Joined by old friends, old enemies, and some new allies, it's now up to the ragtag team of Joe survivors to save the world" via  commonsensemedia
A little Channing-Candy since we don't get to
see much in the film *let down*

It's a really great movie, even though it didn't get many raving reviews from critics, but if you are a fan of the actors in the movie or even the G.I franchise you will certainly enjoy it like us.  Definitely on our list as a MUST SEE!

Let us know what ya'll think of it :)

*Love&Peace*
